While other 3d fighters are content to have you indulge in some simple fisticuffs with various characters, before a climactic boss fight of some kind, Z Chronicles is slightly different. The new Z Chronicles single player mode is the major way in which Burst Limit cranks up it up a notch. Fans would probably have been satisfied with some ramped up HD visuals, and the same old button bashing mechanics of previous DBZ titles, but on this occasion developer Dimps have gone above and beyond the call of duty with a polished title that will have fans soiling their cosplay pants, and even those cave-dwellers who know nothing about Dragon Ball Z unleashing their Super Saiyan, whatever that means.

But that would be the easy way out with Burst Limit, and an unfair judgement on a game which totally does a hell of a lot more than what you might expect from such a guaranteed cash cow.
